Michael Petruccelli says; They are our youngest generation of employees - those typically born in 1980 or later. This demographic understand bills, and they understand debt. They don't have as many experiences of their own to draw from so they draw from their peer groups experiences and knowlage gained from them almost as their own. The importance of keeping it real is also a priority for most of them.
